You can maximise your savings by ordering a one year supply of contact lenses with our savings offers which make ordering a one year supply very convenient.

Print a copy of your invoice

If you need to print a Tax Invoice/Receipt you can do so by using customer login where you can view and print your previous orders and edit your profile.

Forgot your password

Select "My Account" from the top menu, then select, "Forgot Password" enter your email address and press submit - we will send your username and password to you via email. If you need help you can contact us.

Update your profile

If you have a new phone number or address or simply want a new username and password you can edit your profile by using customer 'Login' to access your account. Select "edit profile" to make your required changes and press update/save.

Login then select "edit profile" update your email address and remember to press update/save, or when you place your next order you can amend your email address during checkout.

If you can't find your lenses does it mean you do not stock the product?

No, please contact us with your requirements. We will be happy to provide a quote for the lenses if available.

Prescription help

How to find the brand and measurements of your lenses if you dont have a paper copy of your prescription from your optometrist.


Your prescription can be found on your contact lens box or blister packaging.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Delivery is normally within 2-4 days depending on the shipping option you select during checkout. If you are ordering toric, multifocal or very high vision correction contact lenses your order can take 1-2 days longer. If there is going to be a delay with your lenses, we will notify you via email. International Orders can take a little longer 2-15 days. If you require faster International shipping please request International Courier Service.

Shipping Cost

You can select your shipping preferences during checkout. Regular Processing and Free Shipping (4-10 days) or Faster Processing and Shipping $15.00 (1-3 days) depends on your location.

International shipping options are also available during checkout.


You can return any product purchased from us within 30 days for exchange or complete refund. However, the lenses you return must be unopened in their original packaging and in good condition or a refund will not be given. Postage will NOT be refunded.

Contact Lenses considered defective should be returned as soon as possible in the original packaging, for inspection and replacement. A copy of the original invoice must be returned with the goods considered defective.
