All Consultations not covered by Medicare will be explained to you at the time of consultation before work is commenced.

Health Funds Claims for internet orders
When your order is mailed to you we will include a Tax Invoice/Receipt which you can use to claim back from your health fund. If you do not have optical cover you can browse our recommended health funds
Health Fund Rebates (in store customers only)
We are a member of HICAPS and you will be able to claim from your Private health fund at the time of purchase, provided your health fund is a member of HICAPS.
- How do I claim?
You can claim from your health fund in store via HICAPS or use your tax invoice receipt to make your claim with your health fund. - Do I need to pay for the full fee before I can claim?
There's no need to pay the full consultation fee up-front then wait for the reimbursement of your benefit. Once your claim is authorised by the health fund, you simply pay the gap amount - the difference between the full fee for the treatment and the amount claimed from your health fund. - My health fund card does not have a magnetic strip?
It is possible that your health fund is not linked with HICAPS or you have an old Medibank Private card. Please refer to your Health Fund. - Are my treatment details confidential?
Yes, your treatment details are sent directly to your health fund through the HICAPS system and can only be viewed by your provider and your health fund, utilising secure encryption protocol which fully protects your privacy
